1. Accepted Payment Methods
Star Brain Coach™ accepts the following payment methods:
• Visa (credit and debit)
• Mastercard (credit and debit)
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) — by arrangement via WhatsApp on +264 81 245 7167
2. Payment Security
All card transactions are encrypted, 3D Secure protected, and processed by a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Star Brain Coach™ does not store or transmit cardholder data.
3. Transaction Currency
The transaction currency is Namibia Dollar (NAD). Prices are displayed in USD for international reference, with NAD and ZAR equivalents shown. Your card provider will apply the applicable exchange rate if your card is issued in a different currency.
4. Digital Delivery
All products sold by Star Brain Coach™ are digital. There are no physical goods. Upon payment confirmation:
• A unique unlock code is generated for your subscription.
• Your unlock code is sent to you by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• You enter the unlock code in the application to activate full access immediately.
• Access works fully offline on your device once unlocked.
5. Export Restrictions
There are no export restrictions on our digital products. They are available to subscribers worldwide.
6. Failed Payments
