By accessing or using the Star Brain Coach™ website (starcoachonline.com) and any products or services linked from it, including the EQ Emergency Kit™ and EQ Emergency Kit Junior™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Products and Services
Star Brain Coach™ offers the following digital subscription products:
• EQ Emergency Kit™ — 100 emergency emotional intelligence guides for adults aged 18 and over.
• EQ Emergency Kit Junior™ — 60 emotional intelligence guides for children and young people aged 8 to 17.
• Family Bundle — combined access to both applications.
We also offer professional services including individual coaching, psychological and career assessments, executive performance coaching, keynote speaking, corporate EQ training, and youth programmes. These are provided by appointment via info@starcoachonline.com.
4. Wellness Disclaimer
All digital products and content offered by Star Brain Coach™ are personal wellness and emotional intelligence tools. They are NOT therapy, NOT clinical treatment or diagnosis, NOT a substitute for professional care, and NOT crisis intervention services. In any life-threatening emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
5A. Parental Consent for Junior Subscribers
The EQ Emergency Kit Junior™ is designed for children and young people aged 8 to 17. A parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on behalf of any subscriber under the age of 18.
5B. Billing and Payment
Access to our digital products requires a paid subscription. All prices are charged in US Dollars (USD). Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is PCI DSS compliant and 3D Secure enabled. Star Brain Coach™ does not store, process, or have access to your card or banking details at any time.
5C. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly:
• Email info@starcoachonline.com with subject line "Cancel Subscription", your full name, and the email address used at purchase.
• WhatsApp us on +264 81 245 7167 with your name and the plan you wish to cancel.
We will process your cancellation within 48 hours. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will receive written confirmation.
6. Free Access
Three complete situations are available free of charge within each application, with no account or payment required.
7. Digital Delivery
Access is delivered digitally via a unique unlock code emailed to you automatically immediately after payment is confirmed. There are no physical goods and no export restrictions. Our products are available to subscribers worldwide.
8. Intellectual Property

9. User Conduct and Suspension
You agree not to circumvent access controls, reproduce or redistribute paid content, or misrepresent your identity. Star Brain Coach™ reserves the right to suspend access without refund for breach of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Brain Coach™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
11. Governing Law
