Star Brain Coach™ is a wellness brand operated by Norbert E. van Wyk and Althea R. van Wyk, based in Namibia. We provide digital wellness products, coaching services, assessments, and educational content focused on emotional intelligence and personal performance.

Star Brain Coach™ offers the following digital subscription products accessible via this website:
EQ Emergency Kit™ — a Progressive Web Application delivering 100 emergency emotional intelligence guides for adults aged 18 and over.
EQ Emergency Kit Junior™ — a Progressive Web Application delivering 60 emotional intelligence guides for children and young people aged 8 to 17.
Family Bundle — combined access to both applications.
We also offer professional services including individual coaching, psychological and career assessments, executive performance coaching, keynote speaking, corporate EQ training, and youth programmes. These services are provided by appointment and enquiry via info@starcoachonline.com.
4. Wellness Disclaimer
All digital products and content offered by Star Brain Coach™ are personal wellness and emotional intelligence tools. They are:
NOT therapy
NOT clinical treatment or diagnosis
NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care
NOT crisis intervention services
In any life-threatening emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Star Brain Coach™ accepts no liability for decisions made or outcomes experienced based on any content accessed through our products or website.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the EQ Emergency Kit™ and EQ Emergency Kit Junior™ requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and current pricing are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. By subscribing you authorise recurring billing on the schedule selected (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account with our payment processor. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. Star Brain Coach™ does not store any card, banking, or payment details.
6. Free Access
Three complete situations are available free of charge within the EQ Emergency Kit™ and three within the EQ Emergency Kit Junior™, with no account or payment required.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Star Brain Coach™ website and within our digital products — including written content, framework structures, branding, design, and all situation guides — is the intellectual property of Star Brain Coach™ and is protected by copyright.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Star Brain Coach™.

8. User Conduct
