REFUND POLICY

1. 7-Day Refund
In line with your statutory cooling-off right, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, email info@starcoachonline.com with subject line "Refund Request", including your full name, purchase date, and the email address used at checkout.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
• More than 7 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase.
• Automatic renewal payments, where cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date. (You may cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.)

3. How to Request

Email info@starcoachonline.com with subject "Refund Request". Include: full name and surname, email address used at purchase, date of purchase, transaction reference number (if available), and reason for request (optional).

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
