Star Brain Coach™ is committed to delivering a high-quality digital wellness product. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy for all subscription purchases.
2. 7-Day Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
You have not accessed any paid content beyond the three designated free situations available without a subscription.
Your request is submitted in writing to info@starcoachonline.com with the subject line "Refund Request", and includes your purchase date and the email address used at checkout.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
A refund will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Paid content has been accessed beyond the three free situations.
More than 7 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase.
The refund request does not include the required purchase information.
The refund is requested for an automatic renewal charge where cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date.

5. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Actual timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to cancel and request a refund, you must submit both a cancellation and a refund request within the 7-day eligibility window before accessing paid content.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
